What You Missed in our 2027 All-Nighter Announcement
Our next all-nighter is quickly approaching, and we’re here to break down the exciting announcement we shared a few weeks ago!
THE DATES ARE SET: MARCH 5-6, 2027
Beginning at 7:00pm on Friday night and running through 8:00pm Saturday evening, our all-nighter will feature 25 hours straight of upbeat music, group games, karaoke, bingo and so much more. For the second year, our all-nighter will take place at Westfield Middle School, who was an awesome host last year! If you ever had the dream of staying overnight at your school, that’s the kind of energy we’re bringing in this year.
WeSTFIELD HIGH SCHOOL & MIDDLE SCHOOL BANDS ARE KICKING OFF THE EVENT
In 2024, we invited the Westfield High School band to help us kick off our event for the first time — and we were obsessed! In 2025, we invited the middle school band to join in the fun, too, and we’re not slowing down! For the fourth year, these bands will help bring the energy, outer-space themed music, and hype to our kickoff on Friday, March 5.
OUR NEWEST RECIPIENT IS THE SHINE INITIATIVE
We’re excited to announce our support for our newest recipient — the Shine Initiative! The Shine Initiative educates youth and young adults on mental health issues, provides local resources in Massachusetts for professional treatment and works to remove the stigma associated with these common illnesses. Even though most of their services are in central and eastern Massachusetts right now, our hope is to bring their services into Western Mass, creating change here in our community.
Our other recipients are Rachel’s Table and Brittney’s Believers, who we’re excited to support for the fifth and second year respectively.
OUR 2027 EVENT FEATURES EXPANDED PROGRAMMING
Based on feedback from our youth and the growth of our event, we’re expanding our program to feature even more fun than ever before. Think moonwalk competitions, March Madness style brackets, freeze dance, and more. It’s going to be big!
And, for the first time, we’ll be offering small group activities to compliment the energy of the dance floor. Pop into another room and sing your heart out at karaoke or win a fun game of bingo while others take a nap. More than ever before, you get to customize your experience!
PARTICIPANTS CAN CHOOSE FROm 4 FLEXIBLE REGISTRATION OPTIONS
We know 25 hours sounds intimidating (even though it’s lots of fun), so we’re offering three registration options for high school students and a two-in-one deal for middle school participants. High school participants will choose from staying all night, all day, or all 25 hours. On the flip side, middle school students will pay the one price and automatically register for two time slots — Friday night and all day Saturday!
REGISTRATION OPENS JANUARY 3, 2027
Less than three months until students can officially register for the event, so be sure to save the date and get ready for the best night ever. Registration will take place online only at yfchange.org and cost $27 for high school students (get it, cause it’s 2027?) and $17 for middle school students.
