Youth for Change is a nonprofit organization based in Westfield, Massachusetts that empowers young people to become compassionate leaders through volunteerism, community engagement, and charitable giving.
Founded in 2021, Youth for Change has engaged hundreds of middle and high school students through year-round leadership opportunities and its signature annual charity all-nighter, bringing together students, volunteers, sponsors, and community members to support local charitable causes.
But our impact extends far beyond a single event. Through hands-on service, fundraising, and leadership experiences, young people discover the difference they can make in the lives of others while developing confidence, teamwork, empathy, and lifelong leadership skills. We believe these experiences help shape not only today's volunteers, but tomorrow's community leaders.
Our volunteers, donors, and business partners invest in Youth for Change because they believe strong communities begin with empowered young people. Together, we create opportunities for youth to serve others, build meaningful connections, and make a lasting local impact.
